Let's make a high-protein pudding that has 30 grams of protein and only 230 calories using a Fairlife chocolate protein drink and chocolate and butterscotch sugar-free pudding mix. I blend mine with an immersion blender for about a min. Then refrigerate for about an hour and enjoy. #fairlife #sugarfree #highproteintreat #proteinpudding
