Sur le terrain, les dégâts sont énormes. Parmi les victimes, Karine Buisset, de nationalité française, employée des Nations unies à l’UNICEF, qui a été tuée dans l’attaque. L’AFC-M23 à Goma accuse le régime de Kinshasa d’avoir ciblé les résidences des Nations unies et de l’Union européenne.
