In Box 71 there was a very large, complex, and colourful polymer clay cane that I had made when I was messing about with fractal designs. I thought it was too complex to add with the other canes, but wondered what it would be like if I kaleidoscoped it by itself with added black, to give a 'cosmic' feel ? As I thought, IMO it was too detailed to kaleidoscope well, and I was disappointed with how it turned out 🫤 What do you think? However I did use the offcut ends to make a nice pair of earrings

I used some of the leftover scraps from my Das Smart Polymer Clay cane to make a couple of beads. I added the holes easily, with very little distortion, and leaving few fingerprints. Baked, the beads had a nice shine, which was even better with sanding and polishing.So, with only short time to play and experiment here are my personal findings. I found it a firm clay that blends and canes well, and it is non sticky. Reducing a large cane was hard, if you have problems with manual dexterity or art
