Here is my scoby or pellicle, it’s huge. I’m going to put it into a scoby hotel to store the excess. You guys were telling me that the darker scobies were older ones and the whiter ones were newer growth, top it off with extra kombucha liquid and I store it in my closet and give it to a friend who wants to try making their own kombucha.
